Called for low oil in tank. Said we had 38 gallons had enough for a couple days.

Can you imagine an oil company letting an automatic customer go so low!? Now they delivered the oil and a day later no heat. Old tanks as ours is, has sludge, probably when oil was delivered stirred up the sludge and clogged the nozzle and filter. Petro's poor oil delivery system, probbaly now has left our home with no heat.

Told would be up to 8 hours before someone would be there. Last time we called for service they were 4 1/2 hours later then the time said when called. I can just imagine how long this call will be because the temp is 7 degrees outside. Time for a new oil company.

We have been overpaying for oil, pay for a service contract and bad service. Not good.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Poor service.
